Business Development Manager (BDM) - Apparel / Sportswear

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the apparel, sportswear, and garment sectors to expand our market reach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new product or service opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and products align with market demands.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager within the Sportswear, Apparel, or Garment Industry .Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and expand market share.Strong understanding of the apparel / sportswear market, including product cycles, trends, and supply chains.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Skills Required
