Hiring : HR Lead (Group Role) – Walnut Advertising & Imago & Getter

Location :  Ghatkopar | Mumbai | Full-time | Group HR Leadership Role

Experience :  8–15 years

Compensation :   CTC Range :   ₹10–15 LPA  (fixed + performance-linked variable), commensurate with experience & fit

We are two growing organizations :

Walnut Advertising ( www.walnut.in )  – a BTL & Experiential Marketing agency working with leading Indian brands

Imago & Getter   ( www.imagogetter.in )  – a pan-India Hygiene & Disinfectant brand serving corporates, institutions & channel partners

Both companies have grown aggressively over the years, but like many mid-sized businesses, we’ve reached a stage where  growth is limited by people, structure, and scalable systems.

We are now ready for the  next phase of expansion , and we’re looking for a  Senior HR Lead  who can transform our people strategy and build an engine for sustainable scale across both companies.

What You Will Own

• Build a  robust hiring engine  to attract and retain top talent across both Walnut & Imago & Getter
• Set up  HR systems, policies, SOPs and HRMS workflows  that support scale
• Design and run  performance & goal-setting frameworks (KRAs / KPIs / OKRs)
• Drive a  culture of accountability, ownership & excellence
• Set up  succession planning , so growth never depends on just one person
• Lead and mentor a team of  2–3 Junior HR Executives
• Work with a Senior HR consultant as a strategic partner
• Report directly to the  Founders & Business Head.
