Job Role Details :

  • Must have 6-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform .
  • Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Scoped Applications .
  • Must be proficient in integrations (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Must have strong communication skills and experience in client handling .
  • Must be able to mentor junior developers in the team.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru .
