Overall, this role is critical to AGCO success supporting the needs of our users and business by developing and maintaining Windchill change processes, customizations, business rules, global process and adoption of these changes. Candidate will be responsible for requirement definition, design, system configuration, development, testing, and documentation. Candidate must also be capable of receiving problem tickets and identifying the root cause and drive resolution. As well as capable of managing Java helper tools, Windchill customizations, and business reporting.

Your Impact

• Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs; execute these functional designs in form of system configurations or developments which aligns with solution and is compatible with overall architecture.
• Develop and keep updated, functional design documents and testing scripts ensuring scripts are aligned with current system design and business practices.
• Work with 3rd party suppliers, providing Windchill customizations or add-ons in PTC WEX format.
• Resolve incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA)
• Work with the Azure DevOps system to track system changes and coordinate the deployment of these changes to production or test systems – Nice to have
