We are currently seeking a IT Infra PM to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Experienced Scrum master with agile delivery with experience in executing IT Infra projects mainly on Big data / Hadoop / cloudera migration / cloud migrations.
• Experience 12-14 + Years IT ExperienceMandatory to have JIRA experience to drive projects until closure.
• PMP Certified  Candidates with exposure in running IT projects, Management of multiple and diverse stakeholders and sponsors. Identification and tracking of benefits may be difficult to quantify.
• Influence strategy and shape the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.

o Drive programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.

o Lead definition of staffing, responsibilities, and schedules.

o Establish effective programme controls and procedures.

o Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes.

o Manage relationships with external suppliers.

o Report progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to steering committees and make recommendations to influence decision making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.

o Provide visible leadership to maintain a focus on how the programme aligns to the change portfolio across HSBC.

o Drive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times.
