Unified Communications and Cloud Contact Center Expert
Results-driven and self-sufficient Voice and Telecom professional with extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise voice and communications systems. Highly skilled in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, UCCX, Webex Calling, and call routing strategies across hybrid and cloud environments. Proficient and prompt in administering and optimizing Genesys Cloud and Genesys CCaaS platforms, while promptly delivering seamless and scalable company solutions.
Possesses solid knowledge of network security principles and Azure IaaS to support secure, reliable voice infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex telecom projects end-to-end with little to no reliance on external professional services. Recognized ability for aligning telecom solutions with business needs while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with enterprise standards.
