We are seeking a Voice and Telecom Specialist (Telecom Engineer) with strong expertise in Unified Communications, Cloud Contact Center platforms, and enterprise-grade voice solutions. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, self-sufficient, and highly skilled in designing, deploying, and managing Cisco UC, Webex, Genesys Cloud CCaaS, and related telecom infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless enterprise communication, implementing secure and scalable telecom solutions, and leading end-to-end project execution with minimal external Responsibilities :
- Unified Communications (UC) Engineering : Design, configure, deploy, and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, and UCCX solutions.
- Cloud Contact Center Operations : Administer and optimize Genesys Cloud / Genesys CCaaS platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- VoIP & Cloud Telephony : Lead architecture, deployment, and administration of Webex Calling, SIP trunking, call routing strategies, and number management.
- Telecom Infrastructure Security : Apply network security best practices to protect voice environments, including encryption, firewall rules, and access controls.
- Azure IaaS Integration : Design and integrate telecom solutions with Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Project Leadership : Drive end-to-end telecom projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization, collaborating across IT, Security, and Business teams.
- Optimization & Cost Management : Continuously monitor and optimize telecom systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Incident Management : Provide Tier 3 support for escalated telecom / voice incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and quick Competencies

- Experience : 47 years in Telecom / Voice Engineering, with proven expertise in Cisco UC and Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323) and enterprise call flow design.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) telecom environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale telecom projects independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, Genesys Cloud Architect) are a strong plus.
