Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & SAP Project Manager

to lead our organization’s overall technology strategy and oversee the end-to-end

SAP implementation or migration project . This hybrid role requires a blend of

strategic leadership

and

hands-on project management , ensuring our technology infrastructure supports business objectives while delivering a successful, on-time, and on-budget SAP deployment.

Eligibility : -

Minimum 10 Yrs plus experience in the domain of Technology.

Leadership Skills

Leading SAP projects.

Experience of handling the technology department.

Budget : - 60LPA.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Technology Leadership (CTO) :

Define and lead the

overall IT and digital strategy

aligned with business goals

Oversee

enterprise architecture , technology governance, infrastructure, and cybersecurity

Drive

technology innovation , system modernization, and digital transformation initiatives

Build and mentor a

high-performing IT team , ensuring alignment and accountability

Serve as the

executive liaison

between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments

Evaluate and adopt new technologies to support scalability, resilience, and efficiency

SAP Project Management :

Lead and manage the

SAP implementation / migration program , including planning, execution, and monitoring

Collaborate with stakeholders to define

business requirements, scope, and system design

Manage vendor relationships and third-party SAP consultants or SI partners

Define and oversee the

SAP project budget, resource allocation, timelines , and risk mitigation plans

Ensure alignment of SAP configuration with business processes (FI / CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)

Develop

project documentation , testing protocols, and training plans for end-users

Lead

data migration, change management , and go-live support activities

Report regularly to leadership on project status, risks, and KPIs

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering , or related field

10–15+ years in

IT leadership , with at least 5 years in a

project management or SAP implementation

role

Proven experience delivering

SAP S / 4HANA

or ECC projects end-to-end (greenfield or brownfield)

Experience with

SAP modules

such as FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM

Strong understanding of

IT infrastructure, ERP architecture , cybersecurity, and cloud technologies

Excellent

project management skills

(PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification preferred)

Ability to lead

cross-functional teams , manage vendors, and communicate with executive stakeholders

Experience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies

Tools & Technologies :

SAP S / 4HANA , SAP ECC, SAP Fiori

Project Management Tools :

MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar

Cloud platforms (e.g.,

AWS, Azure )

ERP Integration tools, middleware, APIs

ITIL, COBIT frameworks (nice to have)
