Desired Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor s degree / Master s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in operational transformation, process designing / re-engineering, preferably as an Operational Excellence Champion.Exposure to digital transformation technologies such as RPA, AI / Gen AI etcProven experience in a transformation role within the financial services industry, preferably in Fund Administration / Private Equity spaceStrong understanding of operational strategy, operations, and process optimization.Expertise in automation technologies, digital tools, and innovation methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality solutions in high-pressure environment using standard project management techniques and disciplines.Solid relationship building and stakeholder managementExperience in leading programs of work focusing on transformation efficiency.Certifications :Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification : Must haveProject Administration (PMP) : Good to haveDigital Innovation : Basic working knowledge of RPA platforms and Data Analytics toolsPersonal Attributes :Exceptional leadership skills and capabilitiesContinuous improvement focus, with the ability to identify risks, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements.Ability to effectively liaise with senior-level stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, risks, and solutions.Strong presentation and communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively at all levelsExcellent organizational skills to effectively mobilize efforts, time and resourcesSelf-driven and motivated with a technological bent.Skills Required
