Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements, including product setup, pricing strategies, and discounting structures.
• Develop and maintain quote templates, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with brand standards.
• Implement and manage Product Options and Configuration Rules to enhance product offerings and improve sales processes.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce CPQ with external systems using connectors, SOAP, and REST APIs to streamline workflows.
• Understand and utilize the Salesforce CPQ data model to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality of the CPQ system.
• Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ features and best practices to provide insights for continuous :
• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, management, and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cloud, Salesforce administration and security settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
