Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President - Complex Delivery to lead large, multi-tower transformation programs across Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Health, and Retail clients. The role demands strong delivery leadership, P&L ownership, and a proven ability to drive digital, cloud, and product engineering transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Delivery Management

• .Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across CPG, Life Sciences, Health, and Retail industries.
• .Own P&L responsibilities for portfolios exceeding %2415M+, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• .Implement digital quality engineering frameworks, including GenAI-powered accelerators, Six Sigma (DMAIC / DMADV), and automation-led operating models.
• .Drive governance, risk management, budget control, and successful execution of multi-tower programs (technology, operations, data, cloud).
