Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur for the role of Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales strategy for a designated region, mentor and manage the sales team, and ensure targets are achieved effectively. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales initiatives, building and nurturing relationships with clients, agents, and business partners, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and reporting on sales performance and team progress. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer and organizational goals.
