Job Opportunity : Senior Manager – Investor Relations | HCLTech | Noida

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Investor Relations to join our award-winning IR team at HCLTech , reporting to the SVP & Head – Investor Relations .

Location : Noida

Reporting to : SVP & Head – Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end Investor Relations workflow :

Oversee the earnings process and prepare Investor Releases.

Conduct pre- and post-earnings analysis of sell-side expectations and commentary.

Track global peers for financial results and price-sensitive developments.

Perform detailed shareholding analysis :

Weekly BENPOS analysis and investor targeting.

Lead the Corporate Access program :

Drive participation and preparation for investor conferences, NDRs, and reverse roadshows.

Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and financial acumen.

3–5 years of experience in capital markets or investor relations.

MBA or CA qualification (mandatory).

High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
