We're looking for a Senior Leader who can shape the future of Aqualens (Contact Lenses) as the category leader globally, while also scaling Lenskart Eyewear (Frames & Sunglasses) 10X across marketplaces and quick commerce.
This is not your ordinary marketing role. It's for someone who wants to create brands that consumers truly trust, love, and connect with - and can balance long-term brand-building with strong performance marketing across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more.
What you'll own :
- The entire brand journey for Aqualens — from narrative to trial to loyalty and advocacy.
- Category creation and market leadership for Aqualens in the contact lenses space.
- 10X growth for Lenskart Eyewear across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Full-funnel marketing , encompassing performance, content, CRM, influencer, and ATL initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop / oversee the brand strategy and positioning for Aqualens and Lenskart EyewearDrive brand awareness, consideration, loyalty, and equity through innovative campaigns across media - from digital, social, influencer, to ATLSpearhead Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and expansion initiativesManage full-funnel marketing campaigns, optimizing for both performance and long-term loyaltyEstablish and track marketing health metrics, market share, and customer retention to gauge the impact of initiativesCollaborate cross-functionallyMentor and grow a team of passionate marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-informed decision-makingQualifications :
7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in brand-building and growing consumer brandsCollaborative and strong interpersonal skills; able to align stakeholders toward a shared objective.Experience of working in high-energy, entrepreneurial environments -D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plusSkills Required
