Job Purpose
The position is that of brand and category manager for luxury kitchen brand developed in-house. You will own the brand strategy, GTM, brand communication and be responsible for the success of the offering. Additional focus categories will be wardrobes, built in appliances and fitted furniture.
Will also take care of Social media for the full kitchen and wardrobe division

Team leadership and Management
~ Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
~ Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
~ Foster a positive and motivating environment to encourage teamwork collaboration and high performance.
Customer / AID Relationship Management
~ Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
~ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers / AID ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
~Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure high levels of customer / AID satisfaction and loyalties
Product Knowledge and Merchandising
~Develop a deep understanding of the showroom product offerings including features benefits and pricing.
~ Train sales staff on product knowledge and ensure they are equipped to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
~Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product displays and promotions that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Sales Strategy and performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
Monitor sales performance matrix such as revenue conversion rates, average transactional value and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and achieving targets
Work Experience
10+ years 10+ years of Luxury retail in interior design industry / related industry only
Preference if some design or architectural background
4-5+ years of experience in Luxury Kitchen / Furniture if designer / Architect background
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
MBA preferred from tier 1 college
Experience in the luxury segment
Strong leadership and management skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at using software tools for presentations and cost estimation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team- oriented environment.
Familiarity with Kitchen and interior design materials
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
