Role Description : - The Brand Manager – Retail & Experiences will be responsible for driving the brand, marketing, and activation strategies for the Thane 1.2 msf retail program. The role will focus on building brand visibility, driving qualified tenant leads, and supporting the leasing team through campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and on-ground activations. The incumbent will work closely with Leasing, Category Managers, and Facilities to create engaging customer and tenant experiences aligned with business objectives.

Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Years of experience : 8–10 years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or real estate marketing.
Work Experience Requirements :
Experience in campaign management, retail activations, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Proactive, result-oriented, and organized.
Comfortable working on-site and during high-traffic retail hours / weekends.
