About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management and Absence Management modules.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical .NET development skills with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities to support, configure, and optimize HR processes for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Talent Management and Absence Management.
- Write and maintain complex Fast Formulas to meet eligibility and business rules requirements.
- Develop and customize BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable HR insights.
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Develop integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems using .NET technologies and middleware where applicable.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities and .NET development best practices.
- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, and delivery of technical solutions within timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
12 to 15 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Talent Management and Absence Management modules.Proven ability to write complex eligibility Fast Formulas and develop BI reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.Strong hands-on experience with .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and integration technologies.Experience in system configuration, implementation, and post-production support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into Oracle Cloud configurations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating across distributed teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
