Job Title : Net Developer (Manufacturing Domain)

Location : Chennai

Experience : 3-5 Years

About The Role :

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong expertise in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), or other manufacturing-related software solutions, and be adept at translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications tailored for manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate manufacturing systems with ERP, MES, and other production-related platforms.
  • Optimize and enhance existing manufacturing software for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement APIs and services to facilitate data exchange between production floor systems and business applications.
  • Ensure applications comply with security, data integrity, and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing industry.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot production application issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Experience with manufacturing-related systems such as ERP, MES, or shop floor control systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and supply chain concepts.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular / React) is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
