Working knowledge of supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports (preferred)

Proven experience in supporting and maintaining :
Maintain and enhance homegrown legacy applications built on .NET, IIS, and SQL DB / Server
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications
Provide support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
Work with supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports
Ensure applications meet quality and security standards
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Provide technical guidance to junior team members
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process
