Job descriptionA bachelor's degree in administration or a related field or any graduate. A minimum of 6months -02 Year experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
This job requires the incumbent to work 6 days a week from office.
Location : Udyog Kendra - 1, Ecotech -3, Greater Noida West.
Work Days : Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team.
- Follow up on orders & payment recovery
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Enthusiastic towards customer's query solving and escalation handling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
