Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management :
- Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce Platform. (E-commerce Website, Admin, backend)
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information including images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and tags.
- Maintain catalog hygiene by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and updating out-of-stock items.
- Coordinate with the creative, content team, category, and product to get required assets for listings.
Category Management
Maintain classification and hierarchy of products by category, sub-category, and brand.Track performance of categories and identify bestsellers or underperformers.Suggest new sub-categories or attributes based on trends, customer behavior, and competitor benchmarking.Need to stay updated with new products going live and ensure timely addition in the category.Order Management
Order Processing & Coordination
Receive and validate purchase orders from sales team.Enter orders accurately into CRM systems with correct product specs, branding details, and timelines.Coordination with internal dept. to process the orders smoothly.Ensure artwork approvals, proofs, and SOP guidelines are followed.Daily check order flow and fill in the gaps to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Key Skills Required
Proficient in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI).Experience with e-commerce seller panels and CMS (OPS).Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Knowledge of basic HTML (preferred, not mandatory).Willing to adapt and be flexible as per process requirement.Qualifications
