Job Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive onboarding specialist with proven hands on experience in managing background checks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires and maintain compliance standards.
Key Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee onboarding process including Documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding and verification process.
- oversee background checks, Coordinate with Vendors for background check.
- Track, Monitor and report on BGC Status and escalate cases requiring attention.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy and statutory requirements.
- Experience setting up account for any new client and manage required activities related to onboarding.
- Interact with client for audits and maintain compliance.
Required skills
1+ years of proven experience in onboarding process.Strong understanding of background verification process and vendor management.Excellent Communication Skill and interpersonal skills.Hands On Experience working on portals.Exp : - 1 to 4 years
Locations : - Hyderabad

Shift Timings : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift)
