Job Description
User onboarding specialist
- Be the first touchpoint for freelancers and clients after they sign up.
- Handhold users through their first aha moment — profile setup, job posting, or AI-assisted work.
- Run onboarding calls, walkthroughs, and demos to activate users quickly.
- Spot friction points and work closely with product + tech to fix them fast.
- Build scalable onboarding playbooks, guides, and video explainers.
- Track onboarding metrics (activation %, first job posted / completed, etc.) and own user success in
the first 30 days.
