Overview
We are seeking a hunter-style IT Staffing Sales Executive focused on generating new Staff Augmentation business for Marktine. This role involves acquiring new clients, achieving staffing sales quotas, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for IT Staff Augmentation and IT Consulting Services.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Qualify client requirements and collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.
- Build strong client relationships and support deployed consultants.
- Provide operational feedback to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Ensure proper capture and management of client knowledge.
Required Experience
4+ years of experience selling IT Staff Augmentation or IT Consulting Services.Proven consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement.Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated “Land and Expand” capability.High energy, logical approach, and strong enthusiasm.
