Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BPO) located in New Delhi. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
• Proficiency in Data Management and Internet Marketing
• Experience in the BPO sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business
