Experience Required : 8–10 Years (including 3–7 Years in Team Handling)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager with proven expertise in the education sector and strong leadership capabilities. The role involves leading a team of Education Counsellors and Team Leaders, ensuring SOP compliance, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Education Counsellors.
• Drive sales closures and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Monitor and analyze team performance through daily and weekly reports.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with timely solutions and support.
• Leverage CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Explore new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and initiatives.
• Stay updated with company offerings to provide customized solutions to clients.
• Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team.
