Key Responsibilities 1. CRM & Lead Management
- Monitor and update all leads in the CRM platform (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) in real time.
- Track lead status from initial inquiry to closure, ensuring proper documentation of every interaction.
- Set up automated reminders / follow-ups for the presales and sales teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports on lead flow, conversions, and response times.
2. Presales Support
Work closely with the Presales team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of client proposals and presentations.Validate client requirements before passing them to the internal quotation and design teams.Maintain a centralized repository of proposals, quotes, and design files for easy reference.3. Internal Quotation & Design Team Coordination
Liaise between Sales, Design, and Estimation / Quotation teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of proposals.Track the status of all quotations and design submissions to meet deadlines.Flag any bottlenecks or delays and escalate to management for resolution.4. Data & Process Optimization
Ensure data integrity within the CRM by conducting regular audits and clean-ups.Identify gaps in the presales process and recommend improvements for faster turnaround times.Provide insights on lead performance and campaign effectiveness to management.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.Skills Required
