🛠️ Role Overview

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – IT (CRM Domain) to lead strategic CRM initiatives for our global client, , a leader in specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindra’s Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scope
• Manage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga)
• Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Ensure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standards
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies
• Identify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimization
