Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement the Rural Capability Building strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify training needs and develop onboarding programs for the Rural GTM (Go-to-Market) channel .
- Build and execute a capability roadmap with clear deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Lead the performance management and analysis of the rural channel to identify capability gaps.
- Develop training content and tools tailored to rural market dynamics and sales team needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales , and other cross-functional teams to align capability initiatives with broader business strategies.
- Drive engagement with leadership to support and champion sales capability building efforts.
- Monitor and report the impact of training and capability programs on field performance and sales metrics.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : MBA (2016–2018 batch preferred)Experience :Prior GT ASM or Rural ASM stint is mandatory .Proven experience in Rural Capability Building is mandatory .Comex or Customer Marketing stint (Regional / National) is desirable.Key Competencies :
