We are seeking highly skilled Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join the Central Data Platforms team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and comfortable wearing multiple hats—acting as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Project / Program Manager when needed.

This opportunity offers exposure to cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations, while contributing to critical enterprise-wide data programs that directly impact products and services delivered to customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management : Partner with business teams and product managers to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Business Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify data sources, design data models, and create source-to-target mappings.
• Documentation : Develop clear and concise BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Data & Workflow Mapping : Create data flow diagrams (L0, L1), workflow diagrams (As-Is and To-Be), and other process documentation.
• Project / Program Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate across teams for smooth execution; lead end-to-end delivery when required.
• Agile Practices : Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, releases) and apply Agile principles for project management.
• JIRA & Confluence : Manage requirements, tasks, and sprint progress in JIRA; maintain documentation in Confluence.
