Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Minimum of 6- 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to create clear and concise functional specifications and use cases for IT development teams.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL queries to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software applications commonly used in the industry.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly, keeping up with technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Excellent documentation and report writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
