For L1 - Openshift (1y-3y) exp only - Monitoring & Support Operations

For L2 (2y to 5y) Openshift Exp / L3 Support (6y to 10y) OpenShift exp only - Openshift Admin

24x7 Rotational Shifts

L2 / L3 Support (OpenShift Admin) :

We are hiring for our client’s company located in Noida. If you’re an experienced OpenShift / Kubernetes administrator, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and grow your career.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • ️Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift environments
  • ️Ensure high availability and reliability of the OpenShift platform
  • ️Monitor and optimize cluster and pod performance
  • ️Hands-on experience with ODF (Ceph storage)
  • ️Implement security best practices within the cluster
  • ️Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues end-to-end
  • ️Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployments
  • ️Conduct backups, DR operations, and maintain documentation
  • ️Mentor team members and share technical knowledge

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • ️3–9 years of experience in Kubernetes / OpenShift administration
  • ️Strong hands-on with ODF (Ceph storage)
  • ️Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker / Podman)
  • ️Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.)
  • ️Solid understanding of networking & security in containerized environments
  • ️Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • L1 Support (OCP Monitoring & Support Operations) :

    We are hiring for our client’s company located in Noida. Join the team as an L1 OCP Support Engineer and kick-start your career in OpenShift platform operations.

    Role Focus

    ✅Perform daily operations, monitoring, and first-level support for enterprise OpenShift environments

    ✅Monitor clusters, nodes, pods, and services using oc CLI / OpenShift Console

    ✅Execute SOPs and routine health checks for platform components

    Handle incident alerts, triage issues, and escalate to L2 when needed

    Support basic administration tasks (RBAC, Projects, ConfigMaps)

    Assist with maintenance checks, backups, and reporting

  • ️Must-Have Skills
  • ⭐1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Platform Operations

    ⭐Hands-on with Linux administration and troubleshooting

    ⭐Familiarity with OpenShift basics

    ⭐Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP / IP)

    ⭐Strong problem-solving & communication skills

    ⭐Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
