Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
Explain various study abroad programs, eligibility requirements, and benefits to potential clients.
Answer student queries related to universities, courses, visa processes, scholarships, etc.
Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with students for further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Meet or exceed individual and team telecalling targets.
Work closely with the counseling team to ensure seamless communication and conversion of leads.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in study abroad programs, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and support to all prospective clients.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the education or study abroad sector).
Strong communication skills in (mention language(s)) – both verbal and written.
Ability to engage students, answer their questions, and persuade them to take the next steps.
Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their dreams.
Basic understanding of study abroad processes (visa, application, scholarships) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Proficient in MS Office or CRM software for record-keeping and follow-ups.
Preferred Skills :
Prior experience in a study abroad consultancy or related industry.
Ability to speak additional languages (preferred but not required).
Experience working in a target-driven environment.
