Role : Telecaller– Female Candidates Preferred
Location : Tatabad, Coimbatore
Experience : Minimum 2 years in telecalling / customer engagement preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and resolve concerns.
- Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-enrolments support to ensure student satisfaction.
