Roles And Responsibilities

Location - Pune -SP Infocity

Role Responsibilities

• Support the Resourcing BP's by managing transactions within the Resourcing processes
• Facilitate Internal hiring transactions by ensuring process compliance & EXX
• Providing support across the interview scheduling part of the resourcing process
• Working closely with the wider resourcing team, hiring managers and internal / external candidates
• Responsible for coordinating interview availability, confirming schedules and appropriate materials with hiring managers / candidates
• Feedback management to candidates and ensure CX
• Update SSF at each stage of process
• Ensuring effective resourcing delivery is within the agreed SLA's .
