Assistant Key Account Manager ( Operations)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of executives in the region to drive technology adoption in hospitals.
• Achieve additional business through upselling / cross-selling Dozee solutions.
• Understand hospital workflows and integrate Dozee solutions effectively.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions for nurses, doctors, and patients.
• Develop strong customer relationships and enhance brand recall.
• Resolve operational escalations in hospitals with the help of operations executives.
• Create opportunities for brand marketing and visibility in hospitals.
• Ensure timely payments from partner hospitals.
• Regularly update management and sales teams on device usage and adoption metrics.
