💼 Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

📍 Experience : 3–4 Years | Type : Full-time / Consultant | Location : [Client location-Hyderabad]

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC & Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure payroll processes, manage data migration, and ensure seamless EC–ECP integration while maintaining configuration workbooks and documentation.

You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll configuration , including pay structures, schemas, pay groups, calendars, and retroactive runs. The role also involves conducting client workshops , updating project workbooks , preparing functional specifications , performing testing (UAT / parallel runs) , and providing post-go-live support . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll engage directly with clients and internal project teams.

Key Skills : SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration, EC–ECP integration, Payroll Control Center, Workflows, Business Rules, Workbooks Management, Client Communication, Testing & Documentation.

Preferred : SAP SuccessFactors Certification (ECP), experience in Indian payroll, and good understanding of SAP Activate methodology

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation
• At least 1–2 end-to-end implementations in ECP (must have).
• Strong understanding of :
• Employee Central Core (EC)
• Payroll Configuration (Schema, Rules, Wage Types, Pay Components, etc.)
• Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• EC ↔ ECP Integration (via Compound Employee / Point-to-Point)
• Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons
• Hands-on experience with configuration workbooks , data validation , and testing cycles .
• Ability to handle client communications and functional workshops independently.
• Good understanding of SAP Provisioning , Data Models , and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) .
• Familiar with post-go-live support processes and ticket management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
