Job Summary :
The Office Executive & PA to CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments and meetings
Handle front-desk and reception duties
Coordinate and communicate across departments to ensure workflow efficiency
Manage and update Company's social media platforms
Assist in the preparation and publication of the in-house magazine
Support branding and design tasks using Canva and CorelDRAW
Maintain and update MIS
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong understanding of business and financial terminology
High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office Suite : Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to multitask and think creatively
Working knowledge of Canva and CorelDRAW
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience : 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative or executive support role
Compensation
CTC : Rs. 3.5L – 4.0L PA (based on experience and qualifications)
