The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients and partners on LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and establishing our brand as a thought leader in the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation : Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads within our target industries and client profiles.

Outreach & Engagement : Develop and execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate new conversations and set up discovery meetings with key decision-makers, such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers.

Content & Brand : Work with the marketing and technical teams to craft engaging and relevant content (posts, articles, comments) that showcases our cloud architecture expertise and attracts inbound interest.

Relationship Management : Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects and key industry influencers on LinkedIn.

Performance Tracking : Maintain and update all lead activities in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho). Track and report on key metrics, including connection rates, response rates, and meeting conversions.

Strategy & Optimization : Continuously monitor LinkedIn best practices and campaign performance to refine and optimize our outreach strategy for maximum effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience : 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or outreach, specifically with a focus on the technology or IT consulting sector.

LinkedIn Expertise : Strong, hands-on experience using LinkedIn for business development, including proficiency with Sales Navigator.

Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages that resonate with senior-level decision-makers.

Research Skills : Strong ability to research and understand a prospect's business, pain points, and cloud needs to tailor outreach effectively.

Technical Acumen : An understanding of the cloud computing landscape (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.

Tools : Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.

Mindset : A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach to your work.
