We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to Design, Deliver, and manage impactful training programs for our client. The role focuses on driving a culture of growth, capability building, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify skill gaps and design customized learning interventions
• Deliver engaging programs through workshops, coaching, and blended learning methods
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
• Stay updated with L&D trends and implement best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals
