About Position :
This role is part of the Leadership Development Team and is responsible for the effective execution of the behavioral learning strategy across the organization. The incumbent will focus on designing and delivering impactful behavioral and leadership development programs that build core capabilities aligned with organizational goals, business needs and strategic priorities.

What You'll Do :
Needs Identification, Solution Design & DeliveryIdentify behavioral and leadership development needs across functions and levels.Design, develop, and and facilitate engaging behavioral training programs like client communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, presentation skills, influencing etc.Create blended learning journeys incorporating classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders from Business Delivery, Quality, HR, Sales, and Pre-Sales to :Understand business context and behavioral challengesCo-create targeted learning interventionsConsult on talent development prioritiesSecure sponsorship and alignment for initiativesCoaching & Mentoring EnablementFacilitate coaching and mentoring programs to support leadership and behavioral growth.Build internal coaching capability and mentor networks to sustain development efforts.Provide one-on-one and group coaching as needed to support key talent.Program Effectiveness & Impact MeasurementDefine clear evaluation metrics for all behavioral training programs.Track and report effectiveness, ensuring interventions lead to measurable improvements in individual and team performance.Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve learning solutions.Collaboration with L&D Program ManagersPartner with L&D Program Managers to leverage existing learning assets.Ensure seamless delivery and rollout of behavioral learning initiatives across geographies and functions.Digital Learning EnablementUtilize digital platforms and tools to create engaging, scalable, and technology-enabled learning pathways.Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline / Rise .Curate and integrate content on communication, behavioral and leadership competencies.Expertise You'll Bring :
10-12 years of experience in communication, behavioral training, leadership development, or organizational development.Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.Experience in instructional design and eLearning development using tools like Articulate.Ability to consult and influence stakeholders across levels.Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS systems.Proven track record of measuring learning impact and driving behavioral change.Benefits :
