Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst + CPQ

Experience Required : 8+ Years (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud)

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience working with Salesforce, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and CPQ . This role requires a deep understanding of order management and fulfillment processes , along with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to the fulfillment process and propose optimized system and business workflows.
• Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment capabilities including configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee development activities to ensure the delivery of integrated and functional solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation including requirement specifications and process flows.
• Provide ongoing system administration and support for customized Salesforce applications including user access, security, custom objects, and automation workflows.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
• Demonstrate expertise in quote-to-order processes including :

2. Product Options

3. Product Configuration & Rules

4. Pricing & Discounting

5. Quote Templates
