Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders from various departments.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and defining new system requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the development / QA teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.
• Support the Agile development process by assisting with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination. Validate system functionality against business requirements and create test scenarios for UAT.
• Demonstrate and present solutions to business stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and training materials.
• Utilize Salesforce and financial domain knowledge to recommend optimal solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box features and configurations whenever possible.
