Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and results.
Skills and Qualifications
