SME - IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) role in IT Infrastructure requires extensive expertise in managing a wide variety of information technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory (including AD restructuring), Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure, GCP, AWS, on-premises and virtualized servers (VMware, Hyper-V), databases (MS SQL), MDM, Automation tools, patching, and vulnerability remediation. This position involves leading complex technical tasks, resolving escalated issues, and providing strategic direction for IT systems operations and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory Management :
• Lead the design, deployment, maintenance, and restructuring of Active Directory. Ensure configurations are optimized for security and scalability.

IT Infrastructure Maintenance :

Manage and maintain servers, virtualization environments, and cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, Office 365). Oversee both cloud and on-premises (physical and virtual) environments, including performance monitoring, system patching, and regular maintenance.

Patch Management :

Develop and implement patch management strategies. Ensure timely updates and remediation of vulnerabilities.

Education Qualification

Knowledge and Experience

10+ years of hands-on experience as a Lead or Subject Matter expert or equivalent role.
