12 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM (Summer)

1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM (Winter)

Job Summary :

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to start their careers in the healthcare recruitment and compliance industry. As a Miscellaneous Support Executive, you will work closely with multiple teams—recruitment, compliance, operations, and administration—to assist with day-to-day tasks and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist recruitment team with sourcing, screening, and coordination of candidates
• Support the compliance team in maintaining candidate records, document verification, and follow-ups
• Help with data entry, reporting, and CRM / database updates
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal communications
• Assist in onboarding processes and internal documentation
• Provide general administrative support to different departments
• Take up ad-hoc projects as required across the organization
