About You : -
You are a driven sales professional with a proven ability to close deals and develop a strong pipeline of HNI clients. You have experience selling Dubai and / or London properties and a deep understanding of international real estate transactions. You thrive in a high-performance environment, proactively generating business through strategic outreach and partnerships.
What You&aposll Do : -
Drive Sales : - Sell both London & Dubai properties to Indian HNI / UHNI clients, ensuring seamless transactions and a consultative approach.
Generate Business Leads : - Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build Strategic Partnerships : - Forge relationships with wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, family offices, and financial institutions to generate client referrals.
Channel Partner Development : - Establish and grow partnerships with real estate brokers, investment firms, and other intermediaries to expand the sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management : - Manage and nurture existing HNI clients, providing tailored investment solutions that align with their global real estate portfolios.
