Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Support Associate. Qualifications

• Training skills to educate customers on product features and usage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&aposs degree preferred
