Job Responsibilities :
Harmonious Industrial Relations
Act as advisor to maintain cordial IR environment.
Develop strategies for positive IR climate.
Implement communication, counselling, and interventions to boost morale.
Proactively resolve issues through dialogue and conflict resolution.
Conduct monthly union meetings and close grievances.
Ensure implementation of LTS terms.
Statutory Compliance & Governance
Ensure statutory compliance and monitor audit scores.
Educate CFT on compliance to prevent deviations.
Liaise with government authorities.
Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety.
Drive HR budgeting.
People Development
Design initiatives for productivity, welfare, and development.
Build a skilled workforce and long-term manpower strategy.
Business Partnership
Maintain organization fill rate.
Strengthen onboarding touchpoints.
Drive talent reviews.
Productivity Improvement
Design and lead productivity projects in collaboration with CFT.
Required skillsets and Education :
Qualification : MBA (HR / MLM)
Knowledge : Labour Laws, IR, ER, HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel
Experience : 12- 15 years of experience
