What you'll do :

Lead our HR Team and scale our awesome founding team.

Work with the founders to help shape and nurture the company culture.

Set up the right talent brand, culture and rituals for the company.

Ensure retention, and productivity of best-in-industry talent

Requirements :

• Has 7+ years of experience in different HR functions, especially in Talent Acquisition, Policy governance, OKR, performance management
• Has worked with the founders
• Has led an HR function
• Experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies
